Eat and Grow Raspberry Workshop This is a great opportunity to have a foodie day out with family or friends or come along on your own to learn all about raspberries, how to grow, pick, store and bake with them. In this class we make a light Victoria Sponge topped with home made raspberry jam, buttercream icing and fresh berries and learn all about how to propagate and grow fruit bushes including raspberries. Sian from Wild Fuschia Bakehouse teams up with Joanne from Ourganic Gardens to deliver a wonderful class packed full of amazing flavours and information all about raspberries and fresh berries that can be grown at home in your own garden. The class will take place on Sunday 20th July at Corcreggan Mill, from 10.00 am to 1.30pm and refreshments, lunch and a goodie bag worth €15 is included in the price of €85.
