Cancellation Policy
When you book an external course through the OURganic Gardens Website - we will accept the booking and then send you a link to pay. For queries call 0861789971. If booking for any workshops please double check email address and get in touch if you do not receive a notification upon booking . Any issues can be dealt with on a individual basis . Cancellation Policy : Due to the nature of our courses and the preparation involved we have the following policy in place for all in person courses or events : Group Bookings 5 days notice is required to cancel a booking, should you cancel after this time the group will be invoiced in full. This is due to the time and work that goes into planning & organising Individual Bookings 14 days Notice ,should you cancel after this time we will keep your deposit. 72 Hours Notice; should you cancel after this time we will require full payment for your place. This is due to the time and work that goes into planning & organising.
